    In his work, Vlad uses an analytical approach and advocates data-based decision-making. While working at McKinsey & Company, Vlad performed benchmarking for large international manufacturing companies. He later was one of the founders of a solution for evaluating the operational performance of manufacturing companies in the FMCG industry.
    Over the past 5 years, Vlad has been developing customer service structures in the IT company RTB House. During Vlad's cooperation with the company, the number of RTB House employees grew from 270 to 1,000 people, and the number of account managers responsible for cooperation with clients grew from 30 to 150. Vlad personally participated in a significant part of the interview process with candidates. Among other achievements of Vlad within RTB House: creation of a knowledge base (wiki) and best practices for account managers, building a central team to support local processes and central projects, creation and development of a CRM system, etc. Clients highly appreciate the quality of RTB House's services, showing an NPS of 50 and above and overall retention at the highest level.
    From the beginning of Russia's large-scale aggression, Vlad decided that it was impossible to stand aside from this situation and, from the first days, joined in supporting Ukraine. At the initial stage, together with other volunteers, he concentrated on supporting the military and TRO units, initially supplying walkie-talkies, medicines, and other protective equipment. During the first 3 weeks of the war, more than 1,000 walkie-talkies were delivered, and 5 courses were made to the Ukrainian border. Over the next few months, it was possible to manufacture, deliver to Ukraine and distribute more than 600 bulletproof vests to end users. More about the project here.

More than 10 years of experience in finance, Supply Chain and IT in such international companies as Procter&Gamble, Samsung Electronics, IKEA, and Volvo. Currently is responsible for the development and support activities coordination of software for financial processes in Volvo Group Digital&IT. Also, Anna is ACC coach and works as an individual and team coach by ICF standards.

    He has been working as a life coach for the second year, is a member of the International Coaching Federation, and has the status of an ACC ICF coach.Continues training as a team and group coach, to work with companies and improve efficiency not only at the individual level but also at the team level.Anna comes from Donbas and lived in Kyiv for 17 years. Therefore, the issue of territorial integrity and sovereignty of Ukraine is significant to her, and she directs all efforts to meet the needs of the Armed Forces and other relevant measures within foundation activities.

Tech Specialist in UXO scanning project

Oleksii is a Kyiv Polytech University graduate with a degree in mechanical engineering with a specialty in mechanical engineering and laser technologies. In recent years, he has worked as a QA engineer, engaged in quality control of software and hardware products.
In UXO scanning the project, he performs the role of a technical specialist in developing elements, physical and technical analysis of the use of components, as well as their 3D modeling and calculation.

In recent years, Ruslan has worked on various projects in the field of real estate, as well as in developing and modernizing functional modules for mountain bikes.

    After February 24, Ruslan became involved in initiatives to support the defenders of Ukraine and eliminate the war's consequences. In particular, he conducted a series of tests and developments to improve body armor's anti-fragment coating. Ruslan is also looking for mine extraction technologies and UXO identification and extraction equipment design. In this project, he is directly responsible for the development and adjustment of technical means, as well as for the implementation of field experiments.
